Success has many aspects Family, Professional, Personal,society and money.
A loving caring happy family.
A challenging growing professional job.
Doing things which makes one happy relax.
Contributing positevely for the society at large and for the team working with.
Money is not everything but still important to do most of the things.
Very few will get all but a good combination of all five mentioned above will be Success.

The meaning of true success can mean a variety of things for different people. Persistence: Is The Essence of Success. And some people define success & their idea of "making it" as success, helping others, making money, being the boss and loving the job. Regardless of how you define success, you need a personal meaning - for the good of your business and yourself.

Enjoying what you do & if it produces a positive & progessive outcome that not only helps you but helps others is success. Many successful people are goal oriented, meaning that they tend to find satisfaction primarily in finishing projects. Another type of person is more process oriented, meaning that they tend to find satisfaction in the undertaking of the activity, rather than just in achieving specific goals. Artists, musicians, and writers are often process oriented, while business executives are often goal oriented.

Enjoying the process can be just as important for long-term success as focusing only on goals. While it's true that in the business world success usually comes from setting goals and working toward their achievement, more and more people are realizing that enjoyment of the the day-to-day process of work is also a requisite for success.
